1. Services Offered

We offer DevOps-focused consulting packages including:

  • Quick Draw - Consulting Session (1-hour problem-solving sessions)

  • Showdown 5-day Sprints (5 day deep-dives)

  • Dr Schultz Stash - x10 Consulting Sessions Bundle (retainership-based)

  • Development services (scripts, libraries, applications, pipelines, etc.)

 
2. Bookings and Payments

  • Payment is collected in advance through Stripe or Wix

  • Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee

 
3. Confidentiality

We do not share any client data, documentation, or project details without consent. We do not work with clients introduced by NLB Services or with overlapping contractual conflicts.

 
4. Intellectual Property

  • Solutions, templates, and workflows created during sessions remain property of Oli Consulting LTD

  • Clients may use outputs internally but may not resell or publish without license

  • For long-term engagements, IP terms may be modified via formal agreement

 
5. Limitation of Liability

All consulting services are provided "as-is". Oli Consulting LTD is not liable for missed deadlines, implementation errors, or indirect damages.

 
6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by Irish law. Disputes will first be addressed via mediation.

 
7. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of services implies agreement.
